If you’re looking to boost your fitness program, train for a race, tone up for your wedding or just get outside more, Tri-Vi Boot Camp will help you reach those goals. We’ve taken the same attention to form and techniques used in our personal training and applied it to a bootcamp model that’s affordable and available for everyone. So no excuses.

We also keep it interesting with varied combinations of cardio, core, weight, resistance and plyometrics. And remember, this is about motivation, not intimidation. Regardless of your age or fitness level, we work you at your own pace and never push beyond it. There’s no pain, no pressure and you get results fast.

10 Class Package – $90

Individual Class – $10

Basic Boot Camp – Every Sunday 11-12 pm   Map.

Meet at the staging area immediately east of the main park entrance at Bloor and High Park Ave (across from High Park Subway Station).

This Group will have a greater focus on form and purpose. Learn the How’s and Why’s, get a great workout at your own pace with no judgement, and have fun while soaking up the O2 in the park!

Whether training for 5k+ challenge like the Warrior Dash or Spartan race, or you just want to improve your fitness, this is a great place to start.
